Shipping

Your order will process in 1-3 business days from date of purchase. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email notification detailing estimated time of arrival along with a link to track your package. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carrier disruptions including inclement weather.

Returns (Please Read Carefully)

NOTICE:  These are Personal care products, as a result these items are all FINAL SALE. If you have any questions before purchasing, be sure to contact us .  Items will not be refunded after the package has been shipped. Your Safety is our #1 priority and for this reason, personal care products cannot be re-sold to someone else, even if the item is unopened or appears unopened.

 

 


Personal care items will only be replaced if:

Any item is damaged or missing for reasons due to our error

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or missing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@made2flourish.com with a picture of item and we will send you the return address. Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 

If you are approved, then your item will be replaced. 

 

Shipping
if you need to exchange / return an item due to our error : 

We will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for the damaged or missing item, if applicable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

 

Gift credits
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return or a replacement for the damaged item. If you choose store credit, once the returned item is received, a store credit voucher will be sent via email. 

If the item wasn’t purchased by you, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a replacement to the gift giver and he/she can chose to have a store coupon or gift credit instead.
